Most General Exercises

As we know exercises are more important for us to keep us physically fit. It makes us feel happier. It helps our brain and exceeds our memory power.You all are already know about it.

There are some exercises which can only be done in gym.But in other hand there are also some exercise which can be done any where (room,garden,park etc).
Here we will sort out such type of exercise which could be done everywhere.


WALKING


Walking is something most people can do, regardless of their individual level of fitness.Walking is one of the best ways to get into an exercise routine because it's a simple way to work muscle groups and burn calories.It reduces our stress.It also helps to lose weight.Walking can also help lower blood pressure.Walking  been found to be helpful for those undergoing cancer treatment by reducing the side effects of chemotherapy.So we should walk at least 30 minutes daily.


RUNNING


Everyone knows that running is a great way to get into shape but it also can benefit almost every part of our body and lift our mood.Running is an appealing exercise because it doesn't cost a lot to take part.We can run at any time that suits us.Running helps to build strong bones.It is also a weight beating exercise.When we run our brain pump out endocannabinoids ,cannabis like molecules that keep runner happy and hooked. According to research,running  increases blood flow to our ears, which results in improved hearing.


PUSH UPS


It is also an exercise which we can do anywhere and any time.Push-ups help us focus on our arms,abs and our lower body all at the same time.There are so many different variations of push ups,no skill level is left out of reaping the benefits of this exercise.Beginners can do push-ups against a wall by walking their feet out away from the wall far enough to make the exercise challenging.If you are just starting out on your fitness journey, doing five push ups with perfect form may be the right number for you.If you're further along in your fitness levels this number may be 20,30 or 100.



SKIPPING


Skipping is most common exercise for all of us.Skipping improves our cardiovascular system and helps us to burn an intensive amount of calories in a short period of time. It is believed that one hour of rope skipping will burn up to 1,300 calories.Skipping helps to improve heart rate and blood pressure.Skipping also helps in improving the bone density and thus reduces the chances of osteoporosis.There are many variations of skipping(double jump,skip jump,hop jump,jog jump etc)



PLANK


Plank is an exercise that involves our core muscles,improving our strength,balance and endurance.The plank is one of the best exercises for core conditioning but it also our work glutes and hamstrings,supports proper posture and improve balance.Planks help build strength without straining out spine.In fact,according to the American Council on Exercise performing planks regularly reduces back by strengthening the muscles around it,which provide more support for our back.


These are some basic exercises which can be done anywhere.We must do daily exercise for at lest 30 \minutes.It reduces our stress.Doing any exercise is better than doing none.If you are not doing any exercise now,you can start any of these exercises.
